Working Everyday

Sunday night watched the HomebuiltHELP tail videos. I love the videos.  Very helpful. Finally got some 3M Scotch Brite heavy duty pads to rub down all the edges on parts. Still rubbing them down.  What I've learned is that I was not very well prepared to get started.  Ordered rudder kit and some tools from Zenith but needed MORE...
Ordered clamps from Aircraft Spruce but half of order is backordered.  Finally ordered Corrosion X but it will not be deliverd for another 5 days.  Went to Lowes and bought a shop light to hang over my little work bench.  Installed that last night.  Bought some clamps at Lowes because I have no idea when I'll get clamps from Aircraft Spruce.  Also bought a little organizer for all my clecos, drill bits, and etc.

My work bench is small and I need a little shelf above it so I'm going to make a shelf from the crate that the rudder came in.

Shop is big enough for rudder and maybe tail.  I have about 5' between workbench and VW where I can put another work bench.
